Visiting Little Daniel: A Special Connection

Last Saturday, I had the opportunity to visit a local children’s home where I met a bright, cheerful five-year-old boy named Daniel Rivera. Daniel immediately caught my attention with his warm smile and the way his eyes lit up when he talked about his favorite things. I knew right away that I wanted to learn more about him.

Daniel has short curly brown hair, light brown skin, and a lively energy that fills the room. He loves anything that involves movement — running, jumping, and dancing to music are some of his favorite activities. Daniel is smaller than most children his age, but his spirit and enthusiasm make him seem larger than life.
